Warranty

ASABooks offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for our albums under normal use and wear against any manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials.

Please inspect all albums upon receipt. Should any factory defects are found, please notify us immediately. We will gladly repair or replace the album for you. Any damaged album needs to be returned to ASABooks, and will be inspected before replacement/repair. It will be fixed without charge - shipping & handling not included.

On a few instances, the color of the prints may turn slightly pink where it’s folded in the middle. This is an inherent property with the Kodak paper. And while we have special folding and lamination technique to minimize it from happening, it does happen sometimes. There’s nothing more we can do at our end, unless Kodak changes its paper properties.

Shipping damages

Shipping damages are the responsibility of the carrier. When the package arrives and if you suspect the merchandise is damaged, please inspect and refuse damaged packages. Should any damage is found, please notify us within 48 hours upon receipt.

Album handling and care

Not following the album care instructions below will void all warranties:

• Please lay the album flat at all times.
• Do NOT put it under direct sunlight, or near a heat source (e.g. heating vent or fireplace).
• Please do NOT use sharp objects (e.g. finger nails) to flip the pages.

Refunds and Exchanges

As all our albums are custom made-to-order and approved by the customer, we will only accept returns or reprints due to manufacturing defects. There are NO refunds or exchanges on any products.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ASABOOKS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR PROVISION OF THE SERVICE, ASABOOKS SITE AND ALL RELATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
